International Courier collects the name, mobile number, pickup address, destination country, parcel contents, quantity, dimensions, weight and requested schedule submitted to arrange a courier pickup. If location permission is used, pickup coordinates are stored with the request.

We use this information to confirm pickups, assign collection staff, contact customers, send service updates and maintain courier records. Shipment information is visible only to authorised operations staff and assigned service personnel who need it to provide the requested service.

We use service providers such as hosting, Google Maps, Firebase and WhatsApp Cloud API to operate the booking service. Information is shared with these providers only when needed for the relevant feature. We do not sell customer personal information.

We retain booking and audit records for legitimate business, safety, accounting and legal requirements. Customers may request profile correction or account deletion by contacting support. Some transaction records may be retained where required by law.

Use of location permission is optional. Customers can enter a pickup address manually. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect stored information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
